JAG
JAG is a Michelin Star contemporary french fine dining restaurant with a discovery degustation approach centered around guests’ dietary inclinations. Founded by chef Jeremy Gillon and restaurateur Anant Tyagi, JAG nestles in a beautifully restored 19th-century warehouse overlooking the Singapore River at Robertson Quay. Kou Teppan
Kou Teppan has a one-of-a-kind dual teppan dining experience featuring seasonal ingredients prepared on both main and personal teppan griddles. The main teppan griddle sets the stage for Kou Teppan’s skilled chefs to expertly prepare dishes with finesse and flair all at a vantage point of viewing diners.
